For full-service conferences, meetings and social functions, Fairmont Hot Springs offers five comfortable venues with room for 10 to 300 people.

Cedar Room

Capacity: 300
Our largest banquet facility. Accented with backlit etched-glass pictures and a parquet floor. Located in the Lodge Conference Centre.

Birch Room

Capacity: 65
Carpeted floor, windows with pool views, access to the adjacent Spruce Room. Located in the Lodge Conference Centre.

Spruce Room

Capacity: 65
Carpeted floor, windows, access to the adjacent Birch Room. Can be sectioned off into two rooms. Located in the Lodge Conference Centre.

Pine Room

Capacity: 150
Hardwood floor, track lighting, sound system. Can be sectioned off into two rooms. Located in the Lodge Conference Centre.

Boardroom

Capacity: 16
Seating for up to 16 people, coffee station, refrigerator, bathroom. Two queen beds and a 27” TV. Located in the Lodge (500 level).
